Contractors who pre-qualified for previous QRT/URT Source lists are required to re-apply in the manner stated below for all new RFQs.
Defence Construction Canada is calling for Request for Qualifications from local contractors to become pre-qualified to be on a Source list for Quick Response Tenders (QRT) / Urgent Response Tenders (URT) for work required by the Department of National Defence, at 15 Wing Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan for Fiscal Year(s) 2021-2022 (April 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022) and 2022-2023 (April 1, 2022 to March 31, 2023), (2 fiscal years), plus if mutually agreed (1x) one-year period extension.
Prequalification will be for the following category of service(s):
1) General Contractor
DCC may utilize QRT’s and URT’s for projects ranging in value up to $300,000.00.

The selected contractors placed on Group A will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS) Clearance, issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). Only Request for Qualifications received before March 11, 2021 at 14:00 hours, local time will be considered for this QRT/URT Source list.
