DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project No. ES16SL01_CN70115 - Request for Qualifications - General Construction QRT/URT Contractor Source List, Esquimalt, British Columbia
Contractors who pre-qualified for previous QRT/URT Source Lists are required to re-apply in the manner stated below for all new RFQs.
Defence Construction Canada is calling for Request for Qualifications from local contractors to become pre-qualified to be on a Source list for Quick Response Tenders (QRT) / Urgent Response Tenders (URT) for work required by the Department of National Defence, at CFB Esquimalt, B.C. for three (3) years from the date of the establishment of the Source List with, if mutually agreed, one (1) optional two (2) year extension.
Prequalification will be for the following category of service(s):
1) General Contractor
DCC may utilize QRT’s and URT’s for projects ranging in value up to $300,000.00.

This procurement follows tendering procedures in accordance with Chapter 5 of the Agreement on Internal Trade.
The selected contractors will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this Source List are identified in the Technical Document.
The RFQ closing date is: February 26, 2019
The RFQ closing time is: 14:00 hours, local time.
Only Request for Qualifications received before February 26, 2019 at 14:00 hours, local time will be considered for this QRT/URT Source list.
