DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – SD189918 – Replace Toxic Exhaust Blowers & Roof Replacement at Building 001, CFB Suffield, Alberta
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to replace three laboratory exhaust fans and replacement of roof at building B1, located in CFB Suffield, Alberta.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $1,300,000.00
We understand that the Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than September 30, 2022 and that the Work must reach Completion no later than October 30, 2022.
Project to be phased into two years, refer to Amendment No. 1 for details.
Year One Phase Milestone date: All work required for the replacement of the roof and exhaust blowers in the North and South Wings of Building 001 as described in Amendment No. 1 to be completed by October 31, 2021.
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organizational Screening (DOS) issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
