DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project #ES168092 – Replace Sub 3 & 4 – CFMETR at Nanoose, BC
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary for a Contractor to replace substation 3 and 4 located at the Canadian Forces Maritime Experimental and Test Ranges (CFMETR) at Nanoose Bay, Vancouver Island, British Columbia.

A NON-MANDATORY site visit will be held at the following date, time and location.

Tenderers are required to pre-register 48 hours prior to the site meeting with the DCC Bidder Contact adam.pakvis@dcc.cdc.gc.ca including Nationality and Full Name of all planned attendees. Attendees are required to show government issued photo identification when checking in for the site visit.
The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $696,000.00
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 120 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 60 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening SECURITY LEVEL, issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
