DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – SD189914_CN73533 – Replace Roof Building 229, at CFB Suffield, Alberta.
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to replace the portion of roof EAST of gridline 1, for building 229 and associated works located in CFB Suffield, Alberta. (Refer to Amendment No 1 for detailed description of work.)

The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $1,657,000.00
The
Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than
July 31, 2022 and that the Work must reach Completion no later than
45 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
The on-site construction availability window is from May 1, 2022 to July 31, 2022 only.
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid
Designated Organizational Screening (DOS), issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
Specific guidance for contractors relating to COVID-19 requirements have been in addressed in Amendment No 01.
