The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to replace the main gatehouse including building of a temporary access road and relocation of existing gatehouse; construction and installation of new gatehouse with all services; and, widening and paving of entrance roadway.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $ 690,000.00
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than August 9, 2019 and that the Work must reach Completion no later than October 4, 2019, with a milestone date for the installation of new gatehouse with services and widening and paving of entrance roadway allowing flow of traffic to be completed by August 9, 2019.
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC).
