The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to replace the existing exterior windows at the HMCS Queen Armoury in Regina, Saskatchewan.

All Consultant/Contractor personnel, including employees of Sub-Contractors/Sub-Consultants at all tiers, who attends the site visit must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. The Consultant/Contractor will be required to carry proof of vaccination and verifications may be carried out by DCC or the DND/CAF at any time.
In order to access the Site, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn at all times by attendee(s) during the site meeting to provide a barrier to help prevent potential exposure to COVID-19.
To help limit the exposure, only one individual from each company is to be permitted to attend the site meeting. Tenderers wishing to attend the site meeting MUST register at least one (1) business day prior to the site meeting by emailing their Name and Company to the DCC Bidder Contact.
The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $1,400,000.00
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 200 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 15 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
