The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary for the demolition of existing roof and replacement with new SBS and metal roofs, and the removal and replacement of rooftop fan units.

Tenderers are advised to inform the DCC Bidder Contact of their intent to attend the site visit (including the number of personnel attending) in advance of the site visit in order for DCC to coordinate and arrange for security passes required for the site visit.
The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $1,611,000
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 371 calendar days after notification of contract award with the exception of the milestone work described in Amendment 1, Item 2, and must be completed no later than 28 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid DOS Reliability, issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
