DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project ES296121 – Boiler #3 Replacement and Condensate Tank Installation at CHP (DY209) CFB Esquimalt, Victoria, BC
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to remove and replace the existing Boiler #3 and install a supplied condensate tank located at the Central Heating Plant, Building DY209 in CFB Esquimalt Dockyard.

NOTE: There is no site visit scheduled for this opportunity.
The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $970,000.00
Tenderers are advised that the Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than September 15, 2022 before plant start-up and that the Work must reach Completion no later than October 13, 2022.
Note: Site work inside the heating plant must not begin before plant shut down on May 15, 2022.
As per Acknowledgement Document, Item 7 – Bidders are advised that it is understood and agreed that in the event of their Tender being accepted within 30 (thirty) calendar days of the date and time stated for closing of tenders and their failing or refusing to carry out the contract in accordance with the terms of their Tender, their bid security, if required by the tender, (i) if in the form of a wire transfer, shall be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada, or (ii) if in the form of a Bid Bond, the Bonding Company shall be liable in accordance with the Bond.
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid DOS-Reliability, issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
