DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project No. IE0713C1_CN70956 – Recapitalize Roads and Utilities, 19 Wing, CFB Comox, Lazo, BC
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to upgrade the High Voltage Distribution System, the Storm & Sanitary Sewer Lines, Water Distribution steam trench drainage system, reconfigure roadways, street lighting and parking lots and demolition of buildings.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $42,000,000.00.
Bidders are advised that bid and contract security is required when the advertised budget (estimated cost for this opportunity) is greater than $100,000. Refer to the Instructions to Tenderers (Form DCL193), paragraph 5.
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 1095 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 90 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
This procurement follows tendering procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
