Work under this Standing Offer (SO) includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary for interior & exterior demolition, hazmat removal, removal and replacement of structural framing, mechanical/plumbing, electrical units, drywall, cabinetry/counters, finish carpentry, tile/tile setting, flooring/carpet.

Bidders wishing to visit the site may request a site visit by contacting DCC Contracting Authority mentioned above. At the discretion of DCC, a site visit may be arranged if possible, with a minimum 48 hours advanced notice.
The Standing Offer is for a period of 2 years. The maximum amount that can be expended under the Standing Offer is $3,000,000.00 with a maximum call-up limit of $500,000.00. There will be an option to extend for two (2) one-year periods, with an increase of $3,000,000.00 at any time.
This procurement is being conducted in accordance with the requirements set out in Chapter Five of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
