The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to complete whole home renovations on six (6) 231 style residential housing unit at 4 Wing Cold Lake, Alberta

Bids from bidders whose name does not appear on the official list of bidders who ordered the tender documents, may be declared invalid.
Tenderer wishing to visit the site may request a site visit by contacting DCC Contracting Authority mentioned on above. At the discretion of DCC, a site visit may be arranged if possible.
Bidders are advised that bid and contract security are required for this opportunity. Refer to the Instructions to Tenderers (Form DCL193E), paragraph 5.
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 160 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 21 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
