DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – HAWCX61 – CFHA Kitchen and Bathroom Renovations, 19 Wing, CFB Comox, Lazo, BC
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to complete renovations of kitchens and bathrooms of various units in the Canadian Forces Housing Agency (CFHA) Residential Housing Units (RHUs) located at CFB Comox, Lazo, BC.
Tenderers are advised that DCC intends to award the contract to the compliant bidder with the lowest unit cost. DCC will award the contract to the compliant bidder with the lowest unit cost, for the maximum number of Residential Housing Units (RHUs) (without going over twenty-five (25) RHUs) that can be completed within the project budget of $1,000,000.00.
The estimated unit cost for this opportunity is in the range of $55,000.00 per unit with an overall project budget of $1,000,000.00.

The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than February 14, 2022 and must be completed no later than February 28, 2022.
