The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to remove existing roofing components and provide and install replacement roof system. Existing roofing system includes an insulated membrane covered standing seam metal roof which is to be removed down to expose the existing metal liner panel. Replacement roofing consists of an insulated standing seam metal roof and required attachments, components and structure.

As per Acknowledgement Document, Item 7 – Bidders are advised that it is understood and agreed that in the event of their Tender being accepted within 30 (thirty) calendar days of the date and time stated for closing of tenders and their failing or refusing to carry out the contract in accordance with the terms of their Tender, their bid security, if required by the tender, (i) if in the form of a wire transfer, shall be forfeited to His Majesty the King in Right of Canada, or (ii) if in the form of a Bid Bond, the Bonding Company shall be liable in accordance with the Bond.
