The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to clean the interior and exterior of the CFHA Office at 158 Arras Avenue, CFB Edmonton, Alberta, as outlined in the specification.

As per Acknowledgement Document, Item 7 – Bidders are advised that it is understood and agreed that in the event of their Tender being accepted within 30 (thirty) calendar days of the date and time stated for closing of tenders and their failing or refusing to carry out the contract in accordance with the terms of their Tender, their bid security, if required by the tender, (i) if in the form of a wire transfer, shall be forfeited to His Majesty the King in Right of Canada, or (ii) if in the form of a Bid Bond, the Bonding Company shall be liable in accordance with the Bond.
Bids from bidders whose names do not appear on the list of bidders who ordered the tender documents may be declared invalid.

The estimated cost for this opportunity, including all option years, is $48,000.00.
The Work must be completed no later than March 31, 2024, with an option to extend for two additional one-year periods under the same terms and conditions, by mutual consent. Firm will be advised within thirty (30) calendar days of expiry of the current contract if the option to extend will be executed. The amount quoted through the Electronic Bidding System shall remain firm until March 31, 2024. Price adjustment for the optional years will be made in accordance with the percentage change in the Bank of Canada Consumer Price Index (CPI), Canada.
