The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to provide Mowing & Grounds Maintenance services under a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) on an "as and when required basis" at CFB Suffield, Alberta.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $1,410,400.00 for the initial two years. Extension opportunities exist for an additional one (1) year extension with an additional $740,460.00. The estimated overall value of this opportunity, if fully extended, is $2,150,860.00.

The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid DESIGNATED ORGANIZATION SCREENING (DOS), issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
