As per Acknowledgement Document, Item 7 – Bidders are advised that it is understood and agreed that in the event of their Tender being accepted within 30 (thirty) calendar days of the date and time stated for closing of tenders and their failing or refusing to carry out the contract in accordance with the terms of their Tender, their bid security, if required by the tender, (i) if in the form of a wire transfer, shall be forfeited to His Majesty the King in Right of Canada, or (ii) if in the form of a Bid Bond, the Bonding Company shall be liable in accordance with the Bond.
A site visit has been arranged for the following date, time and location. It is highly recommended that bidders attend this visit.

The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 166 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 14 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
