The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision, and equipment necessary to perform inspection of mechanical equipment in 186 Residential Housing Units and 8 Boiler Rooms as part of the Canadian Forces Housing Agency (CFHA) Annual Mechanical Inspection Program at 3CDSB Wainwright, Alberta.

A NON-MANDATORY Site Meeting will be held at the following date, time and location.

- Location: Meet outside of Building 188 Defence Construction Canada in the parking-lot.
In order to access the Site, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn at all times by attendee(s) during the site visit to provide a barrier to help prevent potential exposure to COVID-19.
To help limit the exposure, only one individual from each company is to be permitted to attend the site visit. Tenderers wishing to attend the site visit MUST register at least one (1) business days prior to the site visit by emailing the following information to Ryan.Redhead@dcc-cdc.gc.ca:
- Name of expected attendee.
This project consists of annual services as described in the plans and specifications for two years:
- First Year of Services: Notification of Award to March 31, 2022
- Second Year of Services: April 1, 2022 to March 31, 2023
For the First Year of Services, the Work must be completed between October 1, 2021 and January 14, 2022 and for the Second Year of Services the Work must be completed between September 15, 2022 and January 14, 2023. Please refer to Amendment No.1 for details.
The estimated value for this opportunity over the initial two-year period is in the order of $132,000.00. Extension opportunities exist where, if fully extended, the total opportunity value could increase up to $264,000.00
