DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project# C003010E – CFS Leitrim Detachment, Masset, British Columbia.
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to provide mechanical upgrades to existing Building 50 located at Canadian Forces Station, CFS Leitrim detachment in Masset, British Columbia.

A site visit has been arranged for the following date, time and location. It is highly recommended that bidders attend this visit.

Tenders wishing to attend the above site visit MUST pre-register, as detailed in Amendment 1, no later than end of business on June 22, 2017.
The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $580,000.00.
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 180 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 365 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion (refer to Amendment 01 for Completion milestone dates).
This procurement follows tendering procedures in accordance with Chapter 5 of the Agreement on Internal Trade.
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Facility Security Clearance at the level of SECRET, issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
