DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project MPCT220B – Log 17 Building Tower Foundation Reinforcement Winnipeg, Manitoba
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary for the general construction of reinforcement piles and a tower base anchor structure to an existing foundation as well as the installation of the bottom section of a self support tower. The existing foundation is located near B129 (Log Building) at CFB Winnipeg, Manitoba.

The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 51 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 1 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.

As per Acknowledgement Document, Item 7 – Bidders are advised that it is understood and agreed that in the event of their Tender being accepted within 30 (thirty) calendar days of the date and time stated for closing of tenders and their failing or refusing to carry out the contract in accordance with the terms of their Tender, their bid security, if required by the tender, (i) if in the form of a wire transfer, shall be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada, or (ii) if in the form of a Bid Bond, the Bonding Company shall be liable in accordance with the Bond.
