DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project SLS044_SC78573 – Laboratory Analytical Services, Standing Offer Agreement (SOA), CFB Shilo, Manitoba
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of the provision of management, supervision, labour, materials, equipment, tools, supplies, overhead, disbursement, transportation and any other incidentals necessary to provide Laboratory Analytical Services under a Standing Offer Agreement on an “as when required basis” for various projects at CFB Shilo, Manitoba.

Bids from bidders whose name does not appear on the official list of bidders who ordered the tender documents, may be declared invalid.
NOTE: There is no site visit scheduled for this opportunity.
The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $100,000.00 for the initial two (2) year term from the Notification of Award and the maximum value per call-up will be $25,000.00. If mutually agreed, the SOA may be extended for up to two (2), one (1) year periods and may be increase in the order of $100,000.00 at any time for the duration of the SOA.
Bidders are advised that bid and contract security are not required. Refer to the Standing Offer Agreement Documents (Form DCL330E), Paragraph 2.6
