The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to install various utility meters on various buildings at 17 Wing Detachment Dundurn, Dundurn, SK.

A NON-MANDATORY Site Meeting will be held at the following date, time and location.

All Consultant/Contractor personnel, including employees of Sub-Contractors/Sub-Consultants at all tiers, who attends the site visit must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. The Consultant/Contractor will be required to carry proof of vaccination and verifications may be carried out by DCC or the DND/CAF at any time.
In order to access the site, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn at all times by attendee(s) during the site meeting to provide a barrier to help prevent potential exposure to COVID-19.
To help limit the exposure, only one individual from each company is to be permitted to attend the site meeting. Tenderers wishing to attend the site meeting MUST register at least one (1) business day prior to the site meeting by emailing the following to the DCC Bidder Contact:

- Drivers License Number
To accommodate holiday business hours of operation, tenderers are advised that questions concerning this opportunity will not be addressed between December 24, 2021 and January 3, 2022.
As per Acknowledgement Document, Item 7 – Bidders are advised that it is understood and agreed that in the event of their Tender being accepted within 30 (thirty) calendar days of the date and time stated for closing of tenders and their failing or refusing to carry out the contract in accordance with the terms of their Tender, their bid security, if required by the tender, (i) if in the form of a wire transfer, shall be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada, or (ii) if in the form of a Bid Bond, the Bonding Company shall be liable in accordance with the Bond.
The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $1,595,000.00
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 200 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 30 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Reliability Security Clearance (DOS), issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
