DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – HASMJ01 – Annual Residential Inspections, 15 Wing Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan.
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to provide annual inspections, cleaning and service gas forced air heating units, AC units, HWT’s including tankless, HRV’s, sump pumps, backflow preventers, and natural gas fireplaces at 15 Wing Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $31,800.00. Extension opportunities exist where the contract could have an estimated value of $97,300.00 if fully extended, and depending on CPI increases.
The term of the contract is from contract award to May 15, 2018. If mutually agreed there may be the option to extend for two (2x) one (1) year inspection cycles. Refer to Specification Section 01 11 00 paragraph 1.7-Scheduling for the Annual Inspection cycles.
This procurement follows tendering procedures in accordance with Chapter 5 of the Agreement on Internal Trade.
