DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project No. HAWED03 - Inspect Smoke Detectors and Gas Appliances (2021) Various Residential Housing Units (RHU) – CFB Edmonton, Alberta
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to inspect smoke detectors, combination carbon monoxide, smoke detectors, all gas appliances, air conditioning units and air exchangers (HRV & ERV) in residential housing at Garrison Edmonton. The installation/inspection of alarms and all other specified work is for all floor levels of the RHU’s.

NOTE: There is no site visit scheduled for this opportunity.Tenderers wishing to visit the site may request a site visit by contacting DCC Contracting Authority. At the discretion of DCC, a site visit may be arranged if possible.
We understand that for the First Year of Services the Work must be completed between October 1, 2021 and March 31, 2022 and for the Second Year of Services the Work must be completed between October 1, 2022 and March 31, 2023. If mutually agreed between DCC and the Contractor, this contract may be extended for one (1) additional one-year period. Please refer to Amendment No.1 for details.
