DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project # CK208621 – General Maintenance & Construction Standing Offer Agreement, Various BC Interior Sites, Kelowna, Vernon, and Kamloops, British Columbia.
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to provide General Maintenance and Construction Services, on an "as and when requested" basis, for various Department of National Defence (DND) properties and facilities in Vernon, Kamloops, and Kelowna, British Columbia.

The estimated value for this opportunity is in the order of $150,000 with the potential to be increased by up to an additional $300,000 (total potential is $450,000), if all optional extensions are utilized.
The initial period of services is one (1) year from award of the contract. The SOA can be extended for two (2) additional– one (1) year period, if mutually agreed.
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid valid DESIGNATED ORGANIZATIONAL SCREENING (DOS) at the level of Reliability, issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
