DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project SD193006 – General Construction - Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) at CFB Suffield, Alberta.
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to complete general construction and/or renovation work done under this Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) Contract will be on an “as and when required basis” for various construction projects located at CFB Suffield, Alberta.

NOTE: There is no site visit scheduled for this opportunity.
The estimated amount for this opportunity is in the order of $300,000.00 for a One (1) year period. There is an option to extend if agreed by the DCC Representative and the Contractor; 2 additional - 1-year terms. Overall maximum term of this SOA is 3 years (if fully extended). Funds may be added at any time and any increment totally a max of $100,000; for a SOA maximum total $500,000.00, if fully added to.
Bidders are advised that bid and contract security are not required.
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organizational Screening (DOS), issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
