DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project DN180016–Fire Hall Annex Phase 2, 17 Wing Detachment Dundurn, Dundurn Saskatchewan.
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to complete:
1.Phase 2 of a Fire Hall Annex, being the general construction and completion of the interior facilities, utilities and related site work at Detachment Dundurn, Saskatoon, SK.
- Phase 2 internally constitutes the development of existing space (approximately 159 square meters) within the previously constructed Phase 1 shell to accommodate ground floor male and female washrooms with shower facilities, laundry area and mechanical room. Additional space developed on a second floor level for a fitness area, storage room and staff briefing / lecture room.
- Phase 2 externally constitutes the development and grading/shaping of the surrounding area for: concrete aprons; concrete pads; truck fill station; Hydrants; Pedestrian doorways; new and repositioned utilities associated with the Fire Hall and Annex.

The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 150 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 30 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
