DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project No. HAWED63_CN75448 – Exterior Retrofit II, Various Residential Housing Units (RHUs) (2021), CFB Edmonton, Alberta
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to replace siding, roofing, doors, and windows; as well as complete other minor upgrades, at 26 residential housing units, as outlined more specifically in the project documents.

NOTE: There is no site visit scheduled for this opportunity. Tenderers who wish to view the work site from the road may do so while being considerate to the occupants of the affected and neighbouring homes. Tenderers who wish to walk around the properties should coordinate access by contacting the DCC Contracting Authority mentioned in the MERX Ad.
The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $834,000.00

The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 210 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 30 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
