DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project CX210106_SC75002 – Training Accommodations Maintenance – 19 Wing, CFB Comox, Lazo, BC
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to provide maintenance services for two (2) newly constructed low-rise apartment building (hereinafter referred to as “DND
Training Accommodations”) are located within the Residential Housing Site at 19 Wing,CFB Comox. Two additional apartment buildings of similar design and size are currently under construction. Services for these buildings will be added to the contract via change order when construction is complete.

A non-mandatory site visit has been arranged for the following date, time and location.

The estimated cost for this opportunity, including all planned change orders and optional extensions, is in the order of $560,000.
The Work must be completed no later than 365 calendar days after notification of contract award.
If mutually agreeable between the Contractor and DCC, the contract may be extended for three (3) additional one (1) year periods with the same Terms and Conditions.
This procurement is being conducted in accordance with the requirements set out in Chapter Five of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
