DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project No. HAVCL12_74640SC – Annual Servicing (Heating Equipment Inspection) Residential Housing Units, 4 Wing Cold Lake, Alberta.
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary for inspection, testing, and servicing of furnace, hot water tank, air exchanger units, back water check valves, sump pumps, smoke and CO2 alarms in the residential housing & apartment units.

Bidders are advised that bid and contract security are required for this opportunity. Refer to the Instructions to Tenderers (Form DCL193SE), paragraph 5 and paragraph 12.
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 112 calendar days after notification of contract award and that the Work must reach Completion no later than 30 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion; with an option to extend up to March 31, 2022 additional period under the same terms and conditions, by mutual consent.
