DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project No. HATCL10 – Annual Servicing (Heating Equipment Inspection) Residential Housing Units, 4 Wing Cold Lake, Alberta.
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary for inspection, testing, and servicing of furnace, hot water tank, air exchanger units, back water check valves, sump pumps, smoke and CO2 alarms in the residential housing units at 4 Wing Cold Lake, Alberta.

The Work must be completed no later than 144 calendar days after notification of contract award. The work for 338 Residential Housing Units (RHUs) must be completed by the milestone date of January 18, 2019.
