The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to replace sanitary service and water mains; construct new walkways, concrete pads, and parking lots; install new parking receptacles and panels; and drainage and landscaping work.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $910,000.00
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than August 15, 2021 and must be completed no later than September 15, 2021.
