The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary for the installation of asphalt paving for Demil Compound, light poles and vehicle power receptacles, and wall mounted lights and perimeter light pole materials.

Bids from bidders whose name does not appear on the official list of bidders who ordered the tender documents, may be declared invalid.
As per Acknowledgement Document, Item 7 – Bidders are advised that it is understood and agreed that in the event of their Tender being accepted within 30 (thirty) calendar days of the date and time stated for closing of tenders and their failing or refusing to carry out the contract in accordance with the terms of their Tender, their bid security, if required by the tender, (i) if in the form of a wire transfer, shall be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada, or (ii) if in the form of a Bid Bond, the Bonding Company shall be liable in accordance with the Bond.

All Consultant/Contractor personnel, including employees of Sub-Contractors/Sub-Consultants at all tiers, who attends the site visit must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. The Consultant/Contractor will be required to carry proof of vaccination and verifications may be carried out by DCC or the DND/CAF at any time.
In order to access the Site, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (face mask) must be worn at all times by attendee(s) during the site meeting to provide a barrier to help prevent potential exposure to COVID-19.
Tenderers wishing to attend the site meeting MUST register at least one (1) business day prior to the site meeting by emailing their Name, Company and the name of the expected attendee(s) to the bidder contact.
The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $1,690,000.00, including the potential change orders identified in Amendment No. 01, Item 5.
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than September 15, 2022 and must be completed no later than October 15, 2022. NO PHYSICAL WORK MAY COMMENCE ON SITE PRIOR TO JULY 4, 2022.
