Contractors who pre-qualified for previous QRT/URT Source lists are required to re-apply in the manner stated below for all new RFQs.
Defence Construction Canada is calling for Request for Qualifications from local contractors to become pre-qualified to be on a Source list for Quick Response Tenders (QRT) / Urgent Response Tenders (URT) for General Construction work required by the Department of National Defence (DND), at 17 Wing Detachment Dundurn, Dundurn, Saskatchewan and DND properties within the City of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan for three (3) years from the date of establishment of the Source List.
Prequalification will be for the following category of service(s):
1) General Contractor and Multi-Trade.
DCC may utilize QRT’s and URT’s for projects ranging in value up to $300,000.00.

The selected contractors will be required to hold a valid Designated Organizational Screening (DOS), issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this Source List are identified in the Technical Document.
The Contractors who meet the minimum criteria of the Request for Qualifications and are in possession of Designated Organization Screening (DOS) will be selected first to be included on the Source List (Group A) for possible immediate commissions under Group A.
The Contractors who meet the minimum criteria of the Request for Qualifications and have applied for Designated Organization Screening (DOS) will be placed on a second Source List (Group B) while they complete the application process. Once the Security Requirements are met, these companies could then be added to the Group A Source List and be offered commissions under that Source List. In the meantime, and where security requirements exist on specific commissions, those commissions will be offered only the companies who have valid DOS (Group A).
The RFQ closing date is: November 8, 2022.
The RFQ closing time is: 14:00 hours, local time.
Only Request for Qualifications received before November 8, 2022 at 14:00 hours, local time will be considered for this QRT/URT Source list. Only emailed submissions will be accepted.
