Contractors who pre-qualified for previous QRT/URT Source lists are required to re-apply in the manner stated below for all new RFQs.
Defence Construction Canada is calling for Request for Qualifications for local contractors to become pre-qualified to be on a Source list for Quick Response Tenders (QRT) / Urgent Response Tenders (URT) for general construction work required by the Department of National Defence, at CFB Suffield for three (3) Fiscal Years: 2021-2022 (from the establishment of the QRT SL to March 31, 2022), 2022-2023 (April 1, 2022 to March 31, 2023), and 2023-2024 (April 2023 to March 31, 2024).
Prequalification will be for the following category of service:
General Contractor
DCC may utilize QRT’s and URT’s for projects ranging in value up to $300,000.00.

The selected contractors will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening, issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). The RFQ closing time is: 14:00 hours, local time (MST).
Only Request for Qualifications received before March 04, 2021 at 14:00 hours, local time (MST) will be considered for this QRT/URT Source List.
