DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project No. WGC21017 - Request for Qualifications – General Construction Contractor QRT/URT Source List (SL) – CFB 17 Wing Winnipeg, MB
Contractors who pre-qualified for the previous General Construction QRT/URT Source lists are required to re-apply in the manner stated below for all new RFQs.
Defence Construction Canada is calling for Request for Qualifications from local contractors to become pre-qualified to be on a General Construction Source list for Quick Response Tenders (QRT) / Urgent Response Tenders (URT) for work required by the Department of National Defence, at CFB CFB 17 Wing Winnipeg, Manitoba for two (2) years from the date of establishment of the Source List with, if mutually agreed, one (1) optional one (1) year extension.
DCC may utilize QRT’s and URT’s for projects ranging in value up to $300,000.00.

The selected contractors will be required to hold a valid Designated Organizational Screening (DOS), issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this Source List are identified in the Technical Document.
The Source List may be used for all commissions in support of general construction work with various security clearance requirements (none, DOS, FSC SECRET, etc.). Contractors will require the appropriate security clearance level to be considered for each opportunity to bid.
The RFQ closing date is: September 14th, 2021
The RFQ closing time is: 14:00 hours, local time.
Only Request for Qualifications received before September 14th at 14:00 hours, local time will be considered for this QRT/URT Source list.
