Defence Construction Canada is calling for Request for Qualifications from local contractors to become pre-qualified to be on an existing Source list for Quick Response Tenders (QRT) / Urgent Response Tenders (URT) for work required by the Department of National Defence, for Real Property Operations Unit (RPOU) Calgary, AB up to August 25, 2019, plus if mutually agreed a (1x) one-year period extension.
The QRT Source List Locations (refer to Annex B) are as follows:
Zone 1 - Calgary Area
Zone 2 - Red Deer Area
Zone 3 - Lethbridge Area
Prequalification will be for the following category of service(s):
1) General Contractor
DCC may utilize QRT’s and URT’s for projects ranging in value up to $300,000.00.

The selected contractors will be required to hold a valid Designated Organizational Screening (DOS), issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). The RFQ closing date is: December 12, 2018.
The RFQ closing time is: 14:00 hours, local time (MST).
Only Request for Qualifications received before December 12, 2018 at 14:00 hours, Calgary local time will be considered for this QRT/URT Source list. Emailed submissions only will be accepted.
