The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to demolish building B333A, B334A, B337A, B338A, B340A and PLER Forestry Tower.

A Onetime Non-Mandatory site visit has been arranged for the following date, time and location.

Tenderers wishing to attend the site visit MUST register at least four (4) business days prior to the site visit by emailing the following information to Gerry.Melake@dcc-cdc.gc.ca
- List of all expected attendees.
- Identification number for each of the expected attendees, which can be a passport number or driver’s license number (identification is required to gain access to the site and need to be valid).
Failure to register by the specified time above will result in being denied access to the site visit.
The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $156,000.00
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 89 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 28 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
