DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – #ES19SOA1 - Masset Construction and Maintenance Standing Offer Agreement, CFS Masset, B.C.
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to provide general construction services on an "as and when" required basis at CFS Masset on the Haida Gwaii Islands in British Columbia

The initial period for making Call-ups and providing services against the Standing Offer Agreement is one (1) year, with option to extend for two (2) additional one-year period, if mutually agreed.
The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $200,000 with the potential to increase by two $200,000 optional increases for a total estimated potential maximum of $600,000.
Bidders are advised that bid and contract security are not required. Refer to the Standing Offer Agreement Documents (Form DCL330), Paragraph 2.6.
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
