DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – ES309361 – Construct ISSC Partner Concrete Pad - CFB Esquimalt, British Columbia
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to demolish existing concrete/asphalt area and retaining wall, concrete slab installation, construction of a concrete block retaining wall and installation of electrical service.

The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than September 19, 2022 and must reach Completion no later than October 28, 2022.
Note: No billable work must occur prior to April 1, 2022.
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid DOS: Reliability issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
As per Acknowledgement Document, Item 7 – Bidders are advised that it is understood and agreed that in the event of their Tender being accepted within 30 (thirty) calendar days of the date and time stated for closing of tenders and their failing or refusing to carry out the contract in accordance with the terms of their Tender, their bid security, if required by the tender, (i) if in the form of a wire transfer, shall be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada, or (ii) if in the form of a Bid Bond, the Bonding Company shall be liable in accordance with the Bond.
