The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to perform the annual heating system, hot water tank, heat recovery ventilator, air conditioning, and heat pump cleaning, lubrication and inspection, check operation of all components, perform minor tasks such as adjusting the fan belts and thermostats, replace disposable type air filter, and thoroughly clean all re-usable type filters.

The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 825 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 60 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
