DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project No. ES179272 – Underwater Medium Voltage Cable, CFB Esquimalt (Winchelsea Island), British Columbia
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to replace four existing 25kV subsea cables and install one 48 strand fibre op cable as well as required landfall work between Nanoose and Winchelsea Island.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $6,128,000.00
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than September 1, 2021 and must be completed no later than 60 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
This procurement is being conducted in accordance with the requirements set out in Chapter Five of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
