The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to repair deficiencies in the sewer and drainage lines within Building 619 at 3CDSB Wainwright, AB.

Tenderers wishing to visit the site may request a site visit by CONTACTING the contact person mentioned on the MERX Ad via email. Tenderers MUST register at least one (1) business day prior to the site visit and email the name(s) of the Attendee(s) to the MERX contact person.
Tenderers are also advised that Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn at all times during the Site Visit to provide a barrier to help prevent potential exposure to COVID-19. The PPE includes eye protection (i.e. safety glasses or face shield), facial protection (i.e. mask) and hand protection (i.e. latex gloves) must be supplied and worn by each attendee.
To help limit the exposure, only one individual from each company is permitted to attend the site visit.
The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $350,000.00.
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 165 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 15 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
