The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to replace the furnaces in building 39 and add air conditioning.

A site visit has been arranged for the following date, time and location.

Tenderers are advised that Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn at all times during the site visit when inside DND buildings and social distancing cannot be maintained to provide a barrier to help prevent potential exposure to COVID-19. The PPE includes facial protection (i.e. mask) and hand protection (i.e. latex gloves) must be supplied and worn by each attendee.
To help limit the exposure, only one individual from each company is be permitted to attend the site visit. Tenderers wishing to attend the site visit MUST register at least two (2) business day prior to the site visit by emailing the bidder contact noted on the Merx Ad with the name of the expected attendee.
The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $310,000.00
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 115 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 5 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
