The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, equipment and supervision, overhead, profit and any other charges including bonding, mobilization and demobilization to complete annual servicing at various DND Housing Units at CFB Shilo, Manitoba.

This procurement is being conducted in accordance with the requirements set out in Chapter Five of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Chapter Ten of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), Chapter Nineteen of the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) and the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA).
