DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project No. WE24MC06 CN82277 – Roof Repair Standing Offer Agreement, various sites, Alberta
Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for tenders/offers to establish a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide “as and when required” roof repair services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for CFB Edmonton, HMCS Nonsuch, Cardiff Transmitter Site, Debney Armoury and Riverbend Receiver Site.
The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $100,000.00 for the initial period of the SOA which is one year from the date of establishment. There are three (3) optional one-year extensions available with a value increase in the order of $300,000.00 to be added at any time during the duration of the SOA. If fully extended, the total SOA value is $400,000.00.
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening DOS, issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the tender documents.
