DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project No. BC19SOA1– Pacific Region Analytical (Lab) Services Standing Offer Agreement (SOA), British Columbia
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to provide laboratory services to receive, handle, analyze, store and dispose of samples and report the results of the analysis, in for CFB Esquimalt, CFB Comox, and ASU Chilliwack, in British Columbia. Services are to be provided on an “as and when requested basis”.

The estimated value of this Standing Offer Agreement is $350,000.00 for the initial term with a possible future contract change to increase the estimated value up to $1,400,000.00.
Tenderers are advised that it is anticipated 75% of the work will be from CFB Esquimalt, while the remaining 25% of the work will be split between CFB Comox and ASU Chilliwack.
This procurement is being conducted in accordance with the requirements set out in
Chapter Five of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Chapter Ten of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), Chapter Nineteen of the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) and the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA).
