The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to renovate eight (8) existing Row House Units which include interior party wall, electrical and mechanical HVAC upgrades at 104 Sabre Crescent, 17 Wing Winnipeg, MB

The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 280 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 28 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
