DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – BA240019. – Sylvicultural Work, SOA, CFB Bagotville, Quebec
Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for tenders/offers to establish a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide “as and when required” silvicultural work specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for the Canadian Forces Base Bagotville, armory and naval reserve of Chicoutimi, Quebec.
The SOA will be for a period of two (2) years with a maximum estimated value of $ 300,000. If mutually agreed between the Contractor and DCC, this Standing Offer Agreement may be extended for one (1) one-year period. The overall estimated value of this opportunity, if fully extended, is $450,000. The maximum value of a call-up is $ 25,000.
Tenderers are advised that this opportunity has been set-aside under the Federal Government Set-Aside for Indigenous Business, in accordance with the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB). The Tenderer must certify in its tender (using Form A – Certification of Requirements for the Set-Aside Program for Indigenous Business) that it is an Indigenous Business or eligible joint venture, as defined in this competition and in the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat Contracting Policy Notices on Indigenous Business Procurement. Tenders received from Tenderers that do not include their Form A – Certification of Requirements for the Set-Aside Program for Indigenous Business will be considered non-compliant and will result in disqualification of the tender.

The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening DOS, issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in Amendment No.1 to the tender documents.
Even though you have been invited to bid on a project, should your DCC bidding privileges have been suspended and you submit a bid on future DCC projects, said bids will be rejected and no contract will be awarded to said tenderer.
