DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project No. VR000258_81678 – Roof Repair of Building, Montmagny Armoury (QC).
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision, and equipment necessary for re-roofing of Montmagny armoury. The work involves the Replacement of "batten sheet" roofing with new galvanized steel cladding, including cladding of parapet walls, dormers, flashings, soffits, fascias, etc.., the replacement of a portion of the exterior siding and other minor renovation work.
A site visit has been arranged for the following date, time, and location.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $ 550,000.00.
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 126 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 30 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
